Nancy Slatsky

Nancy’s love of cooking began at an early age, before she could reach the countertops! She went on to graduate from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Since then, she has worked in some of the finest hotels and restaurants in California and Montana. Since relocating to Jacksonville in 2001, Nancy has served as the executive pastry chef at Ponte Vedra Lodge and One Ocean Resort and as a sales consultant with a gourmet ingredient supplier. She is happy to be able to share her culinary knowledge with others at JAX Cooking Studio.
